  The Doctor was quiet friendly, it's the unprofessional staff they have that ruined my day.
  I was given a referral by my GP to see Dr. Smith, as he was on a holiday and would had to wait over a month to see him, the receptionist suggested to me to see his colleague Saying that they do exactly the same thing, even though I explained that I'm considering a lasik surgery which was my main reason for this visit.
  After I saw the Dr. He explained that he doesn't do these operations and I should come back to see Dr. Smith anyway. I was quiet upset about this and paid my fee $160 for the visit and asked if I had to pay this again and I was told NO. Today after my second appointment and after seeing Dr. Smith who explained to me what I needed to hear at the first visit, I went to the reception, I was told that I needed to pay $160 again because this was a different doctor that I sow today, after I argued my case and I was very upset about that, the receptionist said, she will bulk bill me for today, but when I come back in six month I will need to pay $280, as they will need to perform all sort of tests (which is rubbish) because I know exactly why I'll be coming back, and to cover all those costs that will occur on that day.
  I don't know how smart she think she is really to believe that I'm so naive and can't calculate some numbers.
  This is so disappointing and degrading of ones intelligence just to think how some people take their patience for granted and abuse the trust that was there.
  
  For sure I will not visit this this clinic anymore which is a shame, because I really liked the doctors but not their unprofessional receptionists.
