  A͏ quick sale at a great price
  We selected Paula after being ignored by another sales agent and have been thrilled with the results she achieved. Paula impressed us with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the current market and the fact that she was able to style the property as well.
  We had contacted Paula some months before we wanted to sell and she provided a market appraisal and advise on what to do prior to putting the property on the market. Paula provided details on other properties similar to ours that she had sold or were currently on the market. From this information we were able to make our own judgement of the potential selling price of our property.
  Once we were ready, Paula gave us ideas on what would improve the property and arranged the necessary trades and was not frightened to get them back if the work was not up to her standards. We followed her advice to achieve the benefits of the styling package that Paula provided. Taking her advice would ultimately sell the property with three offers from the first open house.
  Paula has a bubbly personality and is easy to get along with. She has high standards, works hard and puts in 120% effort to achieve the best result for her customers. It has been a pleasure dealing with Paula.

  Todd͏ was such a professional agent to work with. He answered any queries we had about the sales process in layman’s terms and didn’t come across as pushy. Responded to messages or calls very promptly… even when it should have been family time. We always felt he was working for us ;to get the best deal available .

  Highly؜ recommended for renters
  We recently moved interstate from NSW, and faced the daunting task of finding a rental remotely. This is a difficult and stressful task, and we registered our interest with most of the agents in the area.
  
  The standout difference that Harcourts offered was the human touch. The staff and agents were available, friendly, and courteous. From what I can tell there are way more renters than properties available, so apart from checking all the boxes, you need to wait your turn. Harcourts managed this process the best by offering reasonable feedback and setting clear expectations.
  
  The other agents weren't awful but did seem overstretched and too busy to offer that one on one feedback, Simply having some empathy and understanding of the stress that renters go through goes a long way to making customers happy.
  
  Should I be in the market to buy a property in this area, I would be inclined to make Harcourts my first port of call, purely based on how I was treated as a renter. Good business practice in my opinion
