  Every time I want to buy shoes from here they never ever have the right size. Staff are young know it all smart asses.

  City Beach Has No Integrity and No Friendliness.. Bewarned when you lay-by something to be VERY sure you want it as there is no REFUNDS even if you have not LEFT the store with the Item.. My kids wear Converse, I walked in and Layby'd 3 pairs. As the stock had come in late the day before so they grabbed the boxes and wrapped them up, I NEVER touched them.. 2 weeks later I paid in full for them. They bring them out and by the grace of God I glance at the sizes before walking out and they had the wrong sizes. Further more they said that they never stocked my youngest size 12 kids. So I said that's fine I'll return the size 3 (way too big for my Oldest) and get them somewhere else.. Well No Joke a FULL BLOWEN stand in until they gave me my money back. Fast forward to 5mths down the track. The shoes have completely worn through (not their fault). But I have to take them there to get them sent back to Converse. I had the 'Runs' to take them in. Sorry for the graphicness. To my surprise they said not a problem. But 3 weeks on. I find out they have rejected they as faulty and not even sent them to converse. Converse WANT the shoes because I have told them my kids have other converse that have never worn out. So NOT general wear and tear. ONLY the regional Manager (MICK) can give the info I need for Converse so Pissed.. In the mean time, I have had to go buy my kids yet more shoes.. Never going near a CITY BEACH AGAIN.. Converse so far have been nothing but lovely..
