He explained exactly what he could do for me and I am extremely happy with my new computer with all the files, etc. that I had on my old desktop but working a lot quicker due to the upgrades he installed. You'll go a long way to find someone this experienced and/or understanding. Chris had the old computer out and the new one installed in no time and he is available to assist if you have any problems.
