  I have used the service of Puppy Cutz for several years now and have never had any problems with the grooming service. In fact I am of the opinion that my dog's groom was very professional, the groomer is very experienced and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. My little dog has a disability & is difficult to groom however the groomer knew how to handle the situation & my little Lucy comes out looking a treat!

  I love this place. I have been taking my 2 boys here for quiet some time. They are always well groomed and smell lovely afterwards.
  Ted, is very hard to get clippers near and he is very well behaved for the ladies who take care and make sure he is comfortable.
  They can always fit us when at the last minute.
  Highly recommend.

  My poor babies were cut badly after their grooming. One of them needed stitches... puppy cuts blamed me for not maintaining my dogs fur properly and therefore it was hard to groom them... I’m not a professional but I know if something like this happens you let the owners know and you don’t pretend it happen Nor to you blame someone else for it... not much compassion given either...

  They charged us 25$ for getting our dog wet.
  After leaving her at 9am as directed, a few messages enquiring about when would she done and vague text responses. It was only when they didn’t answer our calls for about 30’ nor replying any messages at 5 in the evening that we went there only to find that she was just getting wet for her whole cut.
  We told her that that was enough since working dogs cannot be in a cage for 8 hours without exercise. After being handed our dog completely wet, they had the shame to ask for 25$ for a “bath and dry”
  We were really hoping for a text/call apologizing and inviting to come to get the rest of the cut another day, but I guess they are busy still.. 2weeks later.
  Last time she went for a cut and got shaved. They can fool you only that many times, but thirs time would’ve been our fault.. obviously never coming here again.

  Our pup is always treated like their own at this groomer. Attention to detail and on every occaision cut the way we have asked for. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you want your dog groomed in a breed specific way I highly recommend this groomer.
