  First I tried to receive a sales invoice to collect an item. The gentlemen was to busy talking to another staff member, regarding not turning up to his next shift. Very good customer service there!!!! The young girl at the checkout mentioned it would be 10 minutes for the order to be ready. After around 20 minutes I approached for some help and there was a young sale assistant who was very unhelpful and gave little information on how far away the order was. What she did say was 'normally orders take around 30-35 minutes', the pretentious undertone wasn't necessary.
  The only light in this situation, was the lady who helped towards closing time. She looked very stressed and rushed around, unfortunately I didn't get her name. But if this gets back to anyone this worker needs to be thanked! She is an asset. I wish I could say the same for the 'manager' who was standing to the side chatting to 1 customer for the entire hour wait I had for 2 small boxes. Clearly communication within your store needs to be improved and perhaps consider training some of your staff members on efficient and friendly customer service.
