  Shopping at little jc north lakes was awesome... Alex was so friendly and helpful, she really couldn’t have made my shopping experience any better. Alex found styles I really liked that suited me and changed my sizes to fit better... she also chased down a dress from another store that had my size and called to inform of the news. Fantastic customer service... thank you Alex

  I love shopping at little JC for my daughters because of the kind staff and the welcoming imbrace you get when walking in the store. You are always greeted with a kind smile and it makes your day. The store itself is amazing! The layout and the decorations in the store make you feel like your in a luxury high end store I definitely recommend shopping at this amazing store

  I always have the best experiences when i enter little JC. I am always greeted with a smile by the kind staff who are always eager to help you. The staff are so helpful!! All of the girls are so genuinely interested in helping every customer leave the store in a much happier mind set.Little JC is my favourite store to shop at! I would 100% recommend shopping here!!

  As a person who loves this store, loves the clothes and shops here regularly. I’ll never give it a 5/5 star for two main reasons. One being the lack of diversity in the girls that work there. It is embarrassing for a company, that’s making thousands of dollars to deny hiring women of colour, different races and body shapes. It’s sending a bad message to young women, and frankly is a bad look on the brand. I commend them for hiring different models, as I have seen that change been made. But it’s embarrassing for them to be so far behind when SOO MANY other brands are so far ahead. They are not promoting diversity and I’d like to see this. Secondly, the customer service is usually, nine times out of ten poor. The women that work there, whom most girls would believe have the “coolest job,” being able to work in a retail store that they love and has amazing clothes. Seem like they hate it or they just don’t want to be there. Customer service is lacking, and training needs to be looked at for these ladies. Usually feeling unwelcome, unwanted and mainly judged. It is not a good vibe. I will give compliments to Hannah (I think that’s how it’s spelt) because she’s given me immaculate customer service everytime!

  I didn't quite catch her name but the girl who was working there went above and beyond to help me pick a dress out for an event that I was going to on the weekend. (Mon 23rd Jan) I was so indecisive on 2 dresses but she helped me pick and honestly she was so sweet and made my whole afternoon. amazing customer service, she was just the cutest. should get a raise gf thankyou sm !!
