  The Staff are always polite happy and friendly. I've always got great care from North lakes. There is pathology in the building for blood. There is also x-ray and ultrasound in the building.

  This morning we went to see Dr Williams for 3 year old, first of all he kept taking all the patients that arrived after us, secondly he was very rude for senior looking doctor, I found him coming across a bit racist henceforth I believe he made us waited longer and saw his other patients before us, def won’t be seeing him again.
  
  Please Boyd learn to be a little compassion.
  
  Ps the Reception staff was absolutely wonderful.

  Decided to give this place another chance but it really is the worst practice. As someone who works in healthcare, I am appalled by the lack of care in this place. Would not recommend Dr Gibling to anyone, absolutely rude, unprofessional and not kind on any level. Bed side manner out the window!

  Wouldn't let me see a doctor because I've had flu symptoms like although I've told her I've gotten tested for covid and was negative and I had proof on my phone. That is not fair. I've gotten tested so me and my son can see a doctor
