  I have been using these accountants for close to 20 years to do my tax return. I wanted to pick up my file because I was moving out of Brisbane, to help my new accountant with what happened in previous years. I got a flat no, we aren't going to help you. What a juvenile attitude, I am only sorry I didn't change accountants sooner. With this lack of professionalism I wonder how the rest of their business operates. I have changed business accountants before and never had a problem with having my data withheld from me. Absolute disgrace - do not use.

  I have been using tax loadgement service from OTC and they are very professional, they always remind of tax date, communicate fast with responds all inquires, and document preparation and everything is done very professionally in efficient ways. I highly recommend service from OTC.

  Unfortunately since changing ownership OTC has really gone downhill. I had been going there for many years under the previous owners and was always happy.
  Despite knowing that there was a change of ownership, I continued to use OTC. I regret it though as I was misled and incurred a number of extra charges that I was never made aware of until receiving the invoice.
  
  It has end up costing me significantly more than any previous accountants I have used.
  To top things off my tax wasn't even done correctly.
  I later found this out from the ATO. I approached OTC about this and they had no interest in settling the issue with me.
  I hope I can help other consumers to think twice before using OTC.

  I came to OTC this year as a new client and after completing my 2016 return they advised me I had some overdue returns (which I never knew about and previous accountants hadn't even told me) they helped me clear these overdue returns very quickly so that I was completely up to date. This was done in such a professional way. I can guarantee I will be returning.
