Bought a skirt 3 weeks ago, came back and exchanged it for a smaller size. Not the issue.
The issue is that this smaller size has broken after 3 wears and I am being refused a refund for a FAULTY product because I didn’t keep my exchange receipt.

You work in a Australian shop then speak Australian How rude.
- Finlay Harrop Added June 20, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!! I spoke to a lady name jean she is the most disrespectful person I have met this year!!! I needed to return a shirt (not knowing the policy) and she turn around in the most rudest way telling me she can’t do that and to call fair work etc.. she started laughing at me and refusing to help at all, she started going on that she’s not a robber and will not hand me money from the till, then proceeded to say that I’m being selfish and only thinking of myself. After that she practically push the clothing item into my face so I left the store! Went home and told my mother, she rung the store and spoke to jean, once again she was extremely rude to my mother and hung up on her!!!!! In who’s right mind treats not one but two customers this way! I do not want this to go not dealt with! I would like head office to get back to me! I would like my refund as well as it is my right! And I should not have been treated that way at all!
