No other classes compare to these. The instructors at North Lakes are energetic, encouraging and knowledgeable and provide really helpful and easy to understand feedback to improve form and increase the workout. I love that the timetable has a variety of class times which makes it easy to fit into my changing schedule. I love this studio and would highly recommend to anyone that is considering to try it out, DO IT!

The best thing is having them come around and correct you where needed while having the instructional video playing throughout the workout. Perfect 45 min toning workout.

I have noticed a huge improvement to my overall fitness and strength in a few short months. 100% recommend studio pilates to everyone!!
